This is called a Sumpwams Skiff, It is a Whitehall designed boat. This boat was made by Southards boat yard in Babylon, NY. When I purchased the boat years ago I called Southards to ask a few questions, I spoke with a gentleman named Mr. Schilling and he told me he actually made the boat back in 1991. He also stated if I needed any work or any parts for the boat he would be able to help me. So if you have any questions about the boat I would speak with him. It is a very nice boat that tracks very well, is easy to row, and is very stable. I am by no means an expert but if you look at the pictures you can see it was made with quality parts. There is a stainless ring in the back, Bronze horns, very nice wood work.....This sale is for the boat only, not the trailer.
