Nicely Refurbished 2002 22 NORTHWOODS ESCAPADE FISH and CRUISE Rear Entry pontoon Boat with a great running 2005 60 HP MERCURY EFI 4-STROKE Motor on it thats in Excellent Condition inside and out. We installed a New Deluxe Luxury Reclining Captains Chair with Arm Rests on a New Sliding Pedestal and a New Luxury Big L-Shaped Sofa in the middle in June. We left the 4 original Fish Seats in it because they were still in very good condition. It has a Rear Entry with a Swim Ladder attached onto the back deck. There is a good MinnKota Power Anchor on the front deck. My guys installed a New Marine Stereo and New Depth Finder on it. They also installed a New $100 Premier Steering Wheel on the Console and put a New Table on it. The deck is is very solid and in very condition because it was made with marine grade plywood and the carpet is also in very good condition. Both the pontoons are in very condition. They were both pressure tested in May and they did not have any leaks in them. The railing is also in very good condition all the way around. It is currently registered in Minnesota until Jan. 1st, 2024 and it has a clear MN Title in my name.It comes with a great running 2005 60 HP MERCURY EFI 4-STROKE Motor with Power Trim and Tilt on it that starts right up and runs exceptionally well. All of the EFI 4-Stroke Motors are widely known to be the best outboard motors ever made. They are much quicker and easier to start, run a lot quieter, smoother and cleaner and get much better gas mileage than the older carbureted 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors. The EFI outboard motors do not have chokes that often flood engines and they dont have any carburetors, which frequently get fouled up and dirty over the years. Cleaning and rebuilding carburetors have been one of the most common and expensive repair costs for many used outboard motors for many years. This motor was checked out, tuned up, serviced and run by a Dealers Marine Mechanics in April. The oil filter and motor oil were as well as the grease in the lower unit were all changed at that time. My own Marine Mechanic double checked it out in May of 2023. This boat and motor have been in use during this summer and it has been starting right up and running very well all summer long. This boat has an extra large built-in gas tank. We put a new battery in it.You can now buy it without a trailer for $15,900 or you can buy it with a brand new 2024 dual axle bunk or scissors trailer for $19,000.
