2012 Evinrude Etec 200HP 25 shaft with fly-by wire controls. Lower unit is bad and will need a rebuild or replacement. The motor has 907 hours on it and is in very good condition besides the bad gears in the lower unit. Only ran in fresh water. The model number is DE200CXAAB and Serial Number is 5363134. A new replacement lower unit with a 3 year warranty can be ordered from Land Marine Toys online with shipping to AK for under $2,000. Currently the lower unit is a counter rotation PN 5007670 but a standard rotation can be ordered for a little cheaper but the prop will then need to changed as well to a standard RH rotation. The current prop is a stainless 4 blade cyclone TBX 14 X 15 PN 763937 and is in great shape. I was going to replace the lower unit but then decided to repower with a bigger motor on my boat. Ive decided to list the motor with the bad lower unit incase someone else would rather make it a standard rotation or even add a jet pump to it instead.
