1985 Catalina 27 in excellent condition. The motor Universal M-18 has less then 900 hours and the sails are 5 seasons old with light use. The motor runs great and starts every time. The boat is kept in very clean condition with it being bottom painted, fully serviced all filters and anodes and detailed every season. Prior to this season I have added three brand new batteries, a new bilge pump, fully rebuilt the manual pump head, changed the rudder and stuffing box packing, and sanded and oiled the teak. Running rigging has been updated as needed and standing rigging appears to be in very good shape. Boat has wheel steering with autopilot and a Garmin color GPS. Boat also has a Bimini, cockpit cushions, grill, and stern rail seats. All winches 4 are self-tailing with covers.
