This is a rack to carry your boat on its trailer over the top of your truck and still be able to tow a cing trailer. The base measures 48x 97 and the outer wheel rack dimensions are 86 for your trailer tires maximum width. No rs included winch may need to be replaced. This is very well built someone spent alot of hours on this and did a very good job building it. Would work best on a 8ft bed truck or flatbed.
