This is a boat rack to allow 1 person to load and unload a boat on top of a cer. Will need some repair new ropes that lift the boat off the ground. The chain on the crank handle will need to be lubed and freed up. Dad used it to load a 12FT V bottom john boat. Local pickup in Coleman, TX.
