I will immediately take it down when its not.I have a 42 Hton Bay Landmark Plus Ceiling Fan, model HL42QV-WH-LC30, with a light kit and pull chains. The fan has 5 reversible blades one side is white and the other side has a bleached oak finish. Also included is the wall switch that controlled this fan. You can use it or use whatever you have now.NOTE The ladybug pulls are not included youre getting white pulls. The Hton Bay logo was not on the fan, so I looked up the vendor number and figured out the makemodel.
