Beautiful classic Wood egg Harbor boat.She has spent most of her life here on Lake St. Clair in a boat house.Gorgeous woodwork throughoutVery original, could use some updating and TLC, but very solid, old boat.Very tight hull, most of the bottom has been repaired or replaced over the years. Bilge pump rarely comes on.Engines are newer 454 Crusaders.Sleeps 6 V berth, and three couches.Very well preserved being in a boat house. Not exposed to the rain, sun and outside elements.Well is available for additional charge. Very hard to find boat house storage.I have original paperwork, manuals etc...
